The 16x25x1 MERV 10 furnace filters provide exceptional filtration as well as improved performance. Providing heightened filtration both for home and commercial environments. When air passes through MERV 10 filters, dust, pollen, pet dander, bacteria, allergens, mold, smoke, smog, and other contaminants are effectively eliminated. MERV 10 filters are comparable to MPR 900-1000, or FPR 7. This being rated by industry standard; criteria being set by ASHRAE. Our filters are manufactured in an air filter frame that will not warp or bend and is constructed of a heavy-duty, moisture resistant beverage board. The filters are made of pleated media that is manufactured with 100% synthetic fibers so the pleated air filter media will not support bacteria or mold growth and does not absorb moisture. The media material is electrostatically charged to capture unwanted particles. Pleated filters are more effective at capturing unwanted particles than a fiberglass filter. We recommend changing your filter every 1-3 months for fresh cleaner air in your home or business. Replacing your filter every 90 days, will not only improve your air quality, but replacements will also help your HVAC unit perform more efficiently. Please note the actual size of your air filter to make sure it is the correct fit for your HVAC system.
